Finally, Toscotec commissioned the tissue paper machine in Ogba, Ikeja, Nigeria for Bel Papyrus, Ltd (BPL). It has an integrated de-inking plant to enable the processing of almost all types of waste paper. This advantage is complimented by its capability to produce premium grades using pure pulp.

Also, it will expand the range of products that BPL offers to the market including napkin, facial, kitchen towel and bathroom tissue. It is expected to double the capacity of BPL of about 45,000 tons per year and catering West African region by the years to come.
